This website is designed offer an insight into the author's literary works which include novels, poetry and non-fiction. His three major works are 'The Castle of Longing', published in 1997, 'The Dark Mirror of Desire', which was completed in 2003, and 'The Wilkey Family of Bath & London', an electronic book and reference work first published in February 2005 and which has recently been revised and re-released in November 2006.

Most of Robin's literary work has been compiled over the last 12 years and influences vary greatly. This website is designed to give an insight into his literary output, and to show some of the influences that have impacted on the author over a period of time. This will be added to whenever possible. A Short History of the Gas Industry in Swindon For many years Robin was Wiltshire correspondent to the British Gas magazine, the 'Sou' Wester'. During this time he researched the history of the gas industry in Swindon from its earliest beginnings in 1841 and up to the present day. Whilst a majority of his research was never published he did write a short history for the commemoration of the opening of its Operational Control Centre in 1986. Contained in a 28 page brochure, it became the author's first significant published work.
